Changing up our usual overnight oats or buckwheat with these quick multigrain pancakes: 1/4 each ground oats, whole wheat, rye, and buckwheat, mashed banana, almond milk, and baking powder, and cinnamon. Topped with fresh mango, blueberries, and cardamom cashew butter. Enjoyed with a light roast pour over and generous amounts of macadamia foam ☕️♨️. Breakfasts are a ritual in our household, part meditation, preparation, and play. We don't always have time to make pancakes but we always make time for a long embrace.
