Homemade potato gnocchi, basil, lemon, and garlic scape walnut pesto, polenta cauliflower puree with diced beets, radish, and sauteed rainbow chard. Red pepper and parsley garnish. With each attempt at homemade pasta, the results are getting better. This time I let the riced potato dry out a bit more and I used a combination of sprouted whole wheat and spelt flour.
