Mixed fruit parfait, made with @foragerproject unsweetened cashew yogurt, blackberries, cherries, orange, pineapple, red banana, goji, chia, hemp, @engine2diet Rip's big bowl and @honeybrookorganic fresh picked blueberries. I like having a few prepared foods around for quick recovery breakfasts after intense workouts.
