Hopefully, everyone knows that Instagram does not equal reality. I like to share pictures of beautiful, colorful, delicious creations that inspire, but most days I keep it real simple. This was our last meal at home before leaving for vacation. Steamed frozen veggies, mixed brown rice pilaf and tofu, and baked sweet potatoes, some @Engine2diet tortillas and unsweetened ketchup.
