I am so grateful to have the opportunity to do my #LesMills #BodyCombat training this past weekend with Lori @carrill ! BodyCombat is so much more than a gym class. I see it as another form of yoga. Group fitness would not be a group without the connection at its core. We're all for fighting for something...as I learned from my training peers.
