15-Minute Quinoa-Millet Mushroom Bowl made with @shibumifarm 's incredible Lion's Mane shrooms, @honeybrookorganicfarm 's supersweet corn, other local assorted greens, and our homemade kitchen sprouts.  I steam sauteed everything together and mixed with a sauce made from pureed roasted plantains, cashews, and garlic.  I'm really loving the combination of quinoa and millet, and they cook so quickly in the InstantPot. #buddhabowls #yogafood #wfpb #amazingmushrooms #lionsmane #wholegrains #wholefoods #plantbased #localfood #instantpot
