15-Minute Quinoa-Millet Mushroom Bowl made with @shibumifarm 's incredible Lion's Mane shrooms, @honeybrookorganicfarm 's supersweet corn, other local assorted greens, and our homemade kitchen sprouts. I steam sauteed everything together and mixed with a sauce made from pureed roasted plantains, cashews, and garlic.
