Homemade vegan "royale" monster burger: pinto beans, brown rice, teff, mixed mushrooms, corn, chard, carrot, sweet potato, and onions and spices baked into patty topped with butternut chopotle cashew cheese, avocado slices and sprouts on a sprouted @Engine2diet bun.
