Whole fruit is nutrient dense hydrating food! As it gets colder I find myself eating more of it to maintain an active lifestyle. There are no negatives with fruit -- as long as it's the whole fruit with the water intact. #fruitdoesabodygood #eatarainbow #fruitforlife #fruitarian #dontfearthefruit
