@honoryogapennington and. @honoryogaprinceton 's #kickyourasana challenge day 4: knee-to-nose. I like to come up high on the toes of my back foot to get more height as I arch my back like in cat, engaging all the abdominal muscles and recruiting the shoulder to push the ground away, tucking the knee in as tight as I can with plantar flexion in the foot. #kneetonose #corestrengthvinyasa
